These terms govern your use of the satelliteinternetconnect.com website (the “Site”), operated by Satellite Sync Services, doing business as Satellite Internet Connect (“we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Who we are

We are an independent authorized reseller of Starlink® service, operated by Satellite Sync Services / Ans A Saeed. We are not Starlink or SpaceX and are not affiliated with or endorsed by either. See our reseller disclosure.

Informational site

The Site provides general information about Starlink service and how to order it through us. It is not an offer, a contract, or a quote. Pricing, plans, hardware, and availability are determined by Starlink and can change at any time without notice.

Reseller relationship

When you decide to order, you place your order and agree to Starlink’s terms with Starlink. Starlink is responsible for the service, the hardware, and your account. You can read Starlink’s terms on Starlink’s website (opens in a new tab). We help you choose and place the order, but we are not a party to your service agreement with Starlink and are not responsible for Starlink’s service.

No guarantee of availability or speed

We don’t promise that Starlink will be available at your address, or any particular speed, latency, or reliability. Figures described as “up to” are published by Starlink and vary.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the Site. This includes attempting to disrupt it, scraping it in bulk, submitting false or another person’s information, or using it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Site’s text, design, illustrations, and our name and wordmark belong to us. Starlink® and SpaceX® are trademarks of Space Exploration Technologies Corp., used on the Site only to identify the service we sell. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites, such as Starlink’s. We don’t control or endorse them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Site or of Starlink’s service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of this may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
