Satellite Internet Connect (“we,” “us”) is an independent authorized reseller of Starlink® service. Authorized Reseller: Satellite Sync Services / Ans A Saeed. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and by phone, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are not Starlink or SpaceX; Starlink handles your information under its own privacy policy when you order from it.

• Phone calls: your phone number, and the details you share during the call, such as the service address you want checked and your plan needs.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: pages viewed, browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and referring page or ad.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used for analytics and advertising measurement only if you accept them. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry, check availability, and help you choose and order a plan
• To contact you about Starlink service offers, if you agreed to be contacted
• To measure and improve our website and our advertising
• To keep the site secure, prevent spam and fraud, and comply with the law

Google Ads and call tracking

We may advertise on Google. When tracking is enabled, calls placed from this site or from our ads may be routed through Google forwarding numbers. Google may record call details for measurement, such as the caller’s area code, the call’s duration, the time, and whether the call came from a particular ad or page. We use this information to understand which ads lead to calls. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.

Call recording

If we record or monitor a call, we will tell you at the start of the call so you can choose whether to continue.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:

• Service providers that host this site, help us measure traffic and advertising (for example, Google).
• Starlink, when you ask us to help place an order, to the extent needed to process it.
• Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business changes: if our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer to the new owner.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, and we keep advertising cookies off.

Calls to us

This site does not collect your phone number or other details through a form. We are an inbound call team: you call us, and we receive your phone number through our phone system. We use it and what you tell us only to handle your request. We do not use this website to send marketing texts.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
