We want you to know what to expect before you order. Starlink® service is provided by Starlink; we are an independent authorized reseller that helps you choose and order it.

Pricing

Pricing is set by Starlink and may change. Taxes, equipment, shipping, and any demand-based fees may apply. Availability varies by address.

• If a price is not shown on this site, it’s because we don’t publish prices that Starlink can change at any time. Call us for current pricing in your area.
• Equipment, shipping, taxes, and any demand-based or location-based fees may apply in addition to the monthly service price.

Availability

• Availability depends on your exact address and on network capacity, and can change over time.
• Checking availability is free and creates no obligation to order.
• A check with us reflects what we can see when you call. Starlink makes the final determination when you place an order.

Speeds and performance

• Any speed or latency figures are “up to” figures published by Starlink and are not promises of what you will experience.
• Actual performance varies by plan, location, time of day, network conditions, weather, and obstructions such as trees and buildings.
• We do not guarantee any speed, latency, uptime, or coverage.

Equipment and installation

• Kit contents vary by plan and hardware generation, and are determined by Starlink.
• Starlink designs its kit for self-installation using the Starlink app. The dish needs a clear view of the sky.
• Equipment is subject to Starlink’s return and warranty policies. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Terms of service

Your service is governed by Starlink’s terms, which can change. Read them on Starlink’s website (opens in a new tab) before you order. Our website terms apply only to your use of this site.

After you’re set up

Once your service is active, manage your account and ask questions through the Starlink app or your Starlink account. We don’t provide technical, billing, or account help for existing service.
