Satellite Internet Connect is an independent authorized reseller of Starlink® satellite internet service. The business is operated by Satellite Sync Services / Ans A Saeed, located at 100 Ronkonkoma Ave, Ste F5, Lake Ronkonkoma, NY 11779.

Who we are not

• We are not Starlink and we are not SpaceX.
• We are not owned by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (“SpaceX”) or Starlink.
• We do not speak for Starlink and cannot change Starlink’s prices, plans, terms, or availability.

Trademarks

Starlink® and SpaceX® are trademarks of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. We use the Starlink name on this site only to describe the service we sell. Our name, wordmark, illustrations, and design are our own and are not Starlink’s. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Who provides the service

Starlink service is provided by Starlink, under Starlink’s own terms, pricing, and availability, all of which can change at any time. When you order service, your service agreement and your account are with Starlink. You can read Starlink’s terms on Starlink’s website (opens in a new tab).

What we do

• Check availability for your address with you
• Explain Starlink’s Residential, Roam, and Business plan types
• Review the pricing, equipment, shipping, and tax items that Starlink lists
• Help you place your order

What we don’t do

We help new customers choose and order service. We don’t provide technical help, account management, or billing help for existing Starlink service. For those, use the Starlink app or your Starlink account.

How we are compensated

We are an independent business and may receive compensation in connection with orders placed through us, such as commissions. Starlink sets the prices you pay for service and hardware.
